Project and Construction Services, Inc. provided Owner's Representative Services on this new 79,100 sf museum consisting of a lower level basement containing the Head First Theatre and classrooms. Also, the main level consists of the main exhibit hall and café. The slate lined water element located between the new museum and the White Mansion consists of a gently stepped waterfall running in front of the café and under two pedestrian bridges down to a collection area in front of the circular stair at the Head First Theatre. Other improvements include the renovation of the Treadway Carriage House as well as all new parking lots and landscaping areas around the New Museum, The Treadway Carriage House, White Carriage House, and The White Mansion.
