Friendly Inn Settlement House

Project and Construction Services, Inc. provided full Construction Management services for the design, pre-construction, and construction phases of this project. The Friendly Inn Settlement House, Inc. is a non-profit organization offering day care, educational and recreational services to Carver Park and the surrounding community. PCS managed ten prime contractors and provided oversight to the fulfillment of the City of Cleveland lending requirements while working with in the restraints of an aggressive twelve-month construction schedule.
