
Project and Construction Services, Inc. provided full Construction Management Services on this $40.8 Million Building Program. The program was completed under the Ohio School Facilities Commission Expedited Local Partnership Program and included the construction of a new 212,591SF $33.3 Million High School. Additionally the District locally funded a new $3.9 Million Performing Arts Center, a new $2.9 Million Athletic Complex (consisting of a 5000-seat football stadium with all-weather track, varsity baseball and softball fields, six (6) tennis courts, soccer field, plus practice fields), and a new $0.7 Million Large Group Instruction Area.
